last night i had one of those dreams that makes you look at something in
a different way during your waking life. this particular dream put me in
a bad mood for most of the day. it bore no relevance to reality but still, i
let it bother me. its interesting to see what our minds come up with when
uninhibited by consciousness.
however, this example made me want to break my small clay horse by
dropping it out of my window. i didn't. instead i had my first bike ride of 2007.
wonderfully muddy which made it a rather tricky ride, but enjoyable.
listened to my chinese lessons as i rode. must get back to that.
today: nine inch nails and now - sparklehorse.
watched two good films; the apple - set in iran, excellent film. also watched
hana-bi which was surprisingly quiet and reflective which is just what i needed.
in the end, most things are just trifle.
